Subscription Terms

These terms provide additional information about ShineQuote’s free and paid features. Use of the iOS app is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.

Free plan

The free plan allows up to three newly created quotes per calendar month. It also includes locally saved customers, appointments, payment tracking, customer-message drafts, and quote and invoice PDFs that may include ShineQuote branding. Features and limits may change in future versions.

ShineQuote Pro

ShineQuote Pro is offered as an auto-renewable monthly or annual subscription. Pro currently includes unlimited quote creation, custom business-logo branding on quote and invoice PDFs, removal of the ShineQuote PDF watermark, private on-device appointment and repeat-service reminders, and business analytics.

Billing and automatic renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple Account after purchase confirmation. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled through your Apple Account subscription settings. Prices displayed in the app are provided by Apple and may include applicable taxes.

Cancellation, restoration, and refunds

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple’s subscription settings. You can use Restore Purchases in ShineQuote to restore eligible Pro access. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s applicable policies.

Customer communications and reminders

ShineQuote may prepare message text and open the device Messages composer, but you are responsible for reviewing recipients, timing, consent, content, and whether to send each message. Local reminders are provided as a convenience and may be delayed, disabled, or removed by device settings, operating-system behavior, app removal, or cleared local data.

Customer payments and payment links

Any payment link saved in ShineQuote belongs to you or your chosen payment provider and is intended for real-world detailing services. ShineQuote does not process, verify, guarantee, hold, refund, or dispute those payments. You are responsible for provider fees, account security, receipts, refunds, chargebacks, and compliance with provider rules and applicable laws.

Quotes, invoices, records, and taxes

ShineQuote is a business organization and document-generation utility. You are responsible for reviewing service descriptions, prices, amounts paid, discounts, tax rates, appointment details, customer details, payment terms, and generated documents before using or sharing them. ShineQuote does not provide tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice.

Local storage and backups

The current version stores business records locally on the device. Restoring a subscription restores eligible Pro access, not quotes, customers, appointments, invoices, payment records, logos, or reminders. Removing the app, clearing data, or losing the device may permanently remove local records.

Availability and results

The app is provided on an as-available basis. ShineQuote does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery of every reminder, preservation of every local record, collection of customer payments, acceptance of quotes, or any particular business result.
